Workshop Wednesdays

Join us Wednesdays in August as we work through our Yoga Pearl Boot Camp!

We know you guys LOVE to work hard (and SWEAT), so we decided to bring Boot Camp back to you, to help you get in shape for the fall!  Our Boot Camp is a two hour class, held once a week, that focuses on thirty minutes of healthy lifestyle discussion, followed by ninety minutes of physical Asana practice.  Our physical practice is HARD, and designed to help you lose weight, get in shape and feel great!  Please know, while our physical practice is designed for any level of practitioner, you will work as hard as possible.  Come prepared to see how Yoga is all the cardio, stretch, and strengthening you need!

Boot Camp Details:

Dates: Wednesdays, August 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th

Time: 5:45-7:45pm

Cost: $100 for all four Wednesdays
